NEW CHILDREN’S TELEVISION SHOW LAUNCHES ON COMMUNITY ACCESS TV IN OVER 50 CITIES AND TOWNS IN THE GREATER BOSTON AREA

"JoJo’s DreamCart" Producer and Star Joanne LaRiccia to perform at Spooky World during the month of October

Boston, MA – A new, interactive and motivational children’s television program is being launched on Saturday mornings on local community access television stations in over 50 cities and towns in the Greater Boston area. Designed to get kids ages 5-10 to believe in themselves and in their dreams, "JoJo’s DreamCart" is filled with DreamThings that inspire new ideas and allow children to explore their dreams through the worlds of art, science, music, humor, and wisdom.

The producer and star of the new children’s television show, Joanne LaRiccia, is a resident of Somerville, MA who was born in the North End of Boston. A trained singer and student of Berklee College of Music, Joanne developed the show with the advice and support of local children’s TV legend Rex Trailer whose "Boomtown" ran for 20 years on WBZ-TV in Boston, parent station to TV38.

In addition to launching "JoJo’s DreamCart" locally this week, Joanne will perform in the Boston Halloween Festival at Spooky World at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights during the month of October.

"I am really looking forward to Spooky World and to singing and performing music with positive messages for kids. I’m planning on lots of audience participation and a great time for everyone!," she said.
